What a lovely hotel; Arrived at 6pm having spent all day travelling (flights/car hire), was greeted very warmly by the reception staff who very kindly made a booking for the restaurant. Hotel is very "classy", lovely reception area, really nicely laid out. The room was great, super comfy bed, & the Rituals shower accessories was a classy touch. Food in the restaurant was delicious, lots of staff on duty who provided a very friendly service. Car park had loads of spaces, & the lift takes you right up to the reception area. This, & its sister hotel in Galway, are both superb hotels, & I'll definitely be staying in them again.

The location was fantastic on the river, we sat outside relaxing at the bar area over looking the river, King John's Castle on our left. Comfy warm blankets are available for sitting outdoors as the sun went down. The gym & pool were fantastic, loved using them the next morning. Room was very big, very comfortable beds, very clean, great big bathroom with seperate shower and bath in it.

Rooms were great, comfortable beds, great hot water, housekeeping was great, bottles of water, coffee and tea service including cookies was great, good location, good bar, bartenders were exceptional, everyone was very accommodating.

The hotel was decorated beautifully with Christmas trees. There is always a relaxed vibe in the bar area. The room was cosy. Antonio checked me in at the desk, he was very obliging, going the extra mile to make my stay special. I would stay again

The staff were gracious, helpful, and knowledgaeble. I was welcomed on my day of arrival by Toby at the front desk. Antonio was especially friendly and observant regarding the needs and comfort of my friend and myself. I loved the Excetive Suite, particularly the beautiful view of the River and the city! I would have liked to spend more days there, but we were on our way to a group traveling to a meeting in Cork. Thank you for a beautiful stay. I hope to return some time in the future.

Spotless, super friendly and welcoming. Everything was great. Our room was lovely and looked over the river. Bathroom great with an excellent shower. Couldn't fault it. We had the breakfast 3 days running and never tired of it. The selection and quality was really good, definitely better than a lot of hotel breakfast buffets. The spa is great. Massive jacuzzi (plus another one) large pool, steam room, sauna. We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel and will return. Great location for just stepping out and walking along the riverside.

Rooms super clean and nice. Location excellent and easy to get around the city. Antonio who assisted us from start to finish was incredibly warm and welcoming. Made an effort not make us feel comfortable and valued as guests. He remembered our names and made an effort to check in with us when he saw us. Super helpful and kind and is an incredible asset to the hotel. The night porter was the same. Had conversations and a laugh with us when we came in late from our work. Didn’t catch his name but he was another guy who was super friendly and again a credit to the venue.

Lovely hotel great location 5 mins walk into town for shopping. Bar food was nice quite pricey €11 for a dessert was a bit steep!! Room was so lovely very clean and comfortable! Leisure centre staff were so lovely and great facilities available! Parking was expensive aswell it did state 12€ per night but I ended up paying more which was frustrating I think parking should be included with room! Room rate was also quite pricey and it was without breakfast but unfortunately this is Ireland!!

I loved the Strand in Limerick! I felt the location was fantastic and it was easy to get around. I loved that it was so close to the river and easy to find. I felt safe in this hotel especially because the elevators have key card security. I liked that the room had a mini fridge and water kettle. Ohhh and I loved that they have 'Rituals' bath products! I will recommend this hotel to friends.
